Chuck Frommel from Elgin Volunteer Fire Department, spoke to the crowd about the Bastrop fire and how they played a role in aiding the other departments during the fire. They were honored at PromiseLand West church at Westlake High Performing Arts Center in Austin, Texas on Thursday, October 16, 2011.
