Health fair and Dog show!

Ed Cates, 70 helps out and applies the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to a vehicle at the anti-theft auto etching booth. The APD held a health and safety fair on the bingo lot at 1919 E Riverside Dr for the community to come out and learn about how to protect themselves as well as learn about how to keep their families healthy.

Fernado Rojas, 5 receives a free hot dog during Saturday mornings stroll through the booths with his family. Chato Armonta, 39 who has operated the train company for over two years takes a train filled with kids around the lot. The APD held a health and safety fair on the bingo lot at 1919 E Riverside Dr for the community to come out and learn about how to protect themselves as well as learn about how to keep their families healthy.

Janet Gibson clips, while Louisa Chandler both of the HWY 620 animal hospital, holds Oscar Wilde during the first ever Central Texas Duchshund Rescue Reunion at the Triple Crown Dog Academy in Hutto. Some of the events included a silent auction, agility test, dog look a like contest and a costume contest.

Peanut Butter, "PB", bits a hold of his owner Susan Gilfillan's pants leg during the first ever Central Texas Duchshund Rescue Reunion at the Triple Crown Dog Academy in Hutto. Gilfillan flew down from Fort Lauderdale, FL to attend the event for the weekend. She adopted PB in January from the CTDR.

Trixie, who is 4-years-old has her hat adjusted for the costume contest by Ellen Donsbach, 24 who is a veterinary technician at the HWY 620 animal hospital. Trixie tied for first place in the contest. Dachshunds of all sizes showed up with their owners to the first ever Central Texas Dachshund Rescue Reunion at the Triple Crown Dog Academy in Hutto. Some of the events included a silent auction, agility test, dog look a like contest and a costume contest.
