 Bijal Mehta, a 23-year-old biker, UT Austin student and Carrollton native gives the Longhorn hang signal as she makes her way with the group to Jack & Adam's Bicycle shop to have a lunch before leaving to Cedar Park, TX. Mehta will be in the Texas4000 bike ride, the world's largest bike ride leaving from Austin, Texas on Friday, June 3, 2011 and arriving in Anchorage, AK by mid August.
