Austin plane crash- shot for AP

The soldiers were part of about 1,400 1st Cavalry Division soldiers to returned to Fort Hood in the past week,They served in Iraq about a year.

Foggy Austin!

467th Medical Detachment

A long shoot I had with the AP. Arrived at Fort Hood at 8 pm. Had a press conference thing at 10 pm. The gist of the shoot didn't happen until 2:30 am. I didn't get to edit until 4 am and after transmitting I hit the road at 5 am back to Austin. Made it to bed by 7 am.

Wouldn't trade my job for the world.
