Todd Tatro talks on his cell phone while lounging in his air conditioned makeshift tent. Tatro who has been a member of the Mustang Owners Club of Austin (MOCA) for over 10 years decided for the first time to make a tent out of shower curtains, duct tape and an air conditioner, stayed cool during the at the 26th annual meeting of the MOCA held at the Great Hills Baptist Church parking lot on 10500 Jollyville Road from 10-1 p.m.
